A PASSION FOR BOATS
Growing up on a Thames Barge in the 1960's meant my destiny was always going to include boats, sailing and of course, racing. After retiring as a Barge Skipper my real passion for boatbuilding was able to grow. Today, I am able to work on many beautiful historic vessels and get them sailing again. However, if they are past their sailing days then a new story begins as a much loved bespoke design piece.
Over the years I have saved many clinker built boat from a watery grave. They are all a labour of love and its a joy to put them afloat again and see them racing on the waters many of them were built to work over a 100 years ago.
